All the units boast disabled toilet facilities, three-phase electric supply, aluminium glazed entrance screen and personnel door, tea point and dado block work. Externally, all the areas were fully kerbed and completed in SMA tarmacadam surfacing with flagged paving and full soft landscaping to satisfy the requirements of the local planning authority. To accommodate the low lying level of the site all foul sewage was pumped to public sewer via a proprietary package pump station.
