Extensive roofworks, insulation and rainwater goods

The requirement to re-roof the entire building of this large storage facility came about as our client's new tenant required a watertight, damp-free environment to store their combustible and explosive products. As a result, a fully insulated, non-combustible roof had to be provided over the existing structure, with all new rainwater goods.
Furthermore, to reduce the risk of natural electrostatic charge, a new lining protection installation had to be fitted throughout, along with additional fire escapes to suit the requirements of the client's tenant.
