Private Client

MLC have worked with an extremely diverse portfolio of private, discerning clients. Our design & build capability has afforded them the opportunity (planning approval notwithstanding) to turn their own specific vision in to reality. In the past, our team have worked night and day on a stunning two-storey, fit for purpose, ‘super unit’ to hold our client's extensive motorcar collection and golf simulator (built in to a cliff face) along with a steel through arch bridge crossing a major Yorkshire river to a bespoke warehouse (designed to withstand flooding) to accommodate our client's "toys". At the opposite end of the spectrum, we have created a fully soundproofed home cinema incorporating a private bar, cinema seating and air-conditioned surroundings. MLC will work with our clients to make their vision our mission.
