Alton Hotel

Here, our team completely stripped out the existing hotel and reconstructed six bay windows in a conversion to 16 contemporary luxury apartments over four storeys. We replaced all the basement floors and underpinned external and internal load-bearing walls. We gave it a new, mansard roof, providing balconies to the top floor penthouse apartments.
