Previously Ben Johnson’s Printworks, this functional build project involved the design of two-storey offices with aluminium curtain walling and curved roofs. Insulated to building regs standard with a platform lift for wheelchairs, MLC guaranteed measures to counteract flooding. The finished large one block unit also had options to split into six.
