UK Caravans

Recreational vehicle refurbishment centre preparing caravans for export. Brief received on scraps of paper. MLC successfully designed and built dual gabion loading docks complete with ramps fabricated off site and a service road.

Phase Two (included below): The bespoke design and construction of a first-floor level caravan storage deck to provide additional parking for 50 caravans for the rapidly expanding caravan export business. The decision was made to increase the capacity of the export business without the need to purchase additional landspace, whilst keeping the loading facilities and extra capacity within the original footprint of the site. The portal frame and galvanised metal deck is an all weather facility, which has the added advantage of upper and lower floor lighting to facilitate export throughout the darker winter months.
